I am aware that a single sister may not be artifically inseminated in order to start a family. However, what would the church's stand be if a single sister with four children of her own were to accept a job as a surrogate mother for another couple trying to start a family?

What is the difference between a sin and a transgression?

President Hinckley said that no tithing funds were being used to build the Church's commercial project in downtown Salt Lake City -- that only donations and church-generated funds are being used, money from stocks and other things. I thought all donations and funds made by the Church belonged to the Lord. Please explain this to me.

What is the LDS Church's policy on proselyting and possible conversion of Muslims, in the United States and abroad?

I don't hear many prayers that include asking for the hastening of the Second Coming of the Lord anymore. You used to hear this commonly in church, conference and at the temple. Why is this?

This was described as a practice that ensures a person's calling and election. It was a ceremony done in the temple and was both for the husband and wife. I wanted to know of any information regarding this from Church history or doctrine.

Why can't LDS leaders be bearded?

Can anyone enter a Jewish Temple or a Muslim Synagogue, regardless of religious affiliation?

Did Brigham Young actually declare war against the United States?
